They didn’t send the state inspector out, 2 different guys, they were negative, one was late, didn’t have enough materials, needed to come back. Still waiting for inspector, closing March 5. They didn’t explain the club information until too late.

we broke faucet stem in our laundry and had to turn off our water. We have worked with Ben Franklin in the past and called them. They scheduled us for emergency service. The plumber who came was Eugene and he had done work in our house before. He did not have the needed parts in the truck but was able to shut off the laundry water and we could have water to the rest of the house until he could come back and fix the problem in the morning. Which he did.
